You have created an event in the Ticketing Dashboard. And you have added ticket types to the event. Now you can select one or multiple products (tickets) for upsell. This means you can determine which products are shown in the first and which in the second step of the purchase process. The latter is considered by us as the “upsell page”. If a product is shown separately in the second step, it gets more attention from the buyer and the product is therefore expected to be sold more.
