How to change the name on a Guest List ticket

Event organizers can receive the question from visitors to change the name on the ticket. In the case you have made agreements with us for activating CM Ticket Transfer, visitors can change the name their selves. If not, only the event organizer is authorized to change the name on the ticket in the Ticketing Dashboard. This article gives a step-by-step overview on how to do this.

  1. Open the Guest List tab
  2. Look at the Invitation Overview
  3. Find the name of the guest
  4. Click on the order
  5. A pop-up screen appears
  6. Press the pencil icon next to Customer data
  7. Change the customer details
  8. Press Close
