What content can I share with customers over WhatsApp Business?

WhatsApp Business supports rich media, meaning you can share images, audio, video and geolocations. In this, customers can send any of these types of media, where businesses can only send images and audio (video coming in june 2019). As WhatsApp Business is intended as a customer service channel, sending advertising, marketing and promotional messages are prohibited.
