Every message must start with ‘REKLAM:’ or ‘TANITIM’, which tells the end user that he or she is receiving a promotional message. The SMS should include the URL or the customer care number of the company and inform the end-user where he or she can find details of the advertised promotion or campaign. All SMS messages must end with an opt-out option.
