First, a connection to the CM platform is to be made.
On the one hand there’s the Customers App or web interface where they want their messages to be received. CM offers SDK’s for the different platforms to make a connection. Our SDK’s support iOS, Android, Windows, Blackberry, Safari and Chrome.
For the part where they want to send out a message there are two options.
1.Our client can integrate/connect to the CM platform via our API. This way they can easily integrate our solution in their own company environment (CRM and/or other systems).
2.Our client can use the offered online platform, displayed in the CM Cloudheader. All they need is an account at CM, login and get going.
