This is the how your invitees will sign your document.
Step 1. From invitation to the signing process: As a signatory you will receive an e-mail as per the example below, which will ask if you would like to go through this dossier and sign it digitally. By clicking on the link you start the digital signing process.
Step 2. Agree and start drawing:
Step 3. Place signature and initial:
The document will automatically go to the right place to start the signing action. Click on the yellow Signature icon, and place your signature as illustrated below.
Step 4. Sending the document:
Has all requested information been filled in and / or signed? Then click “Submit” to send the file.
Step 5. Dossier signed successfully:
Once all signatories have signed you will receive an e-mail with the signed file as an attachment so that you can keep it.
